Who am I?
I am Tessa.
For a long time, I was living a life that did not fully feel like mine. From a young age, I was always active. I did gymnastics for years, and movement was a natural part of my life.
But when I started studying, everything changed. There was less movement, while my habits stayed the same. Slowly, I lost control over my body and how I felt.
I gained 10 kg’s in weight, felt insecure, had low energy, and felt disconnected from myself. I was simply not feeling like me anymore.


Choosing myself
At some point, I knew something had to change. I started going to the gym, learned how to train properly, and slowly everything began to shift. Not just physically, but mentally as well.
For the first time, I started choosing myself.
In 2020, I made a decision that changed everything. I quit my job as an industrial product designer and decided to build a life around health, training, and freedom. It was the first real choice I made from confidence instead of fear.
Traveling and fitness
changed my life
Before fully stepping into this new path, I decided to travel. During that trip, I got seriously sick and ended up in the hospital on a remote island in Thailand. That moment changed everything. It made me realise how fragile your health actually is, and how everything in life becomes secondary when you do not feel well. From that point on, I made a promise to myself:
My health would always come first.
Through traveling, training, and kitesurfing, I found a way of living that actually felt right for me. Not being stuck in a routine that drains you, but building a life that gives you energy. I worked as a personal trainer and later as an online coach, which allowed me to combine my passion for health with freedom and travel.


+10 kg’s of muscle mass
Over the past years, I did not just lose fat. I built strength. I gained over ten kilograms of muscle and, for the first time, I truly felt strong, confident, and in control.
Not because of extreme diets or temporary motivation, but because I built the right habits and structure.
This is exactly what I now help other women do.
Not just change their body, but change the way they live.
Because real results do not come from quick fixes. They come from structure, from habits, and from choosing yourself again and again.
My mission
My mission is to help women stop living halfway healthy and start building a life where they feel strong, energized, and in control.
No more starting over. No more extremes.
Just a lifestyle that actually works and supports the life you want to live.
